What is No-Points?
No-Points is a loyalty program that rewards smart shoppers with Cash for their online transactions. By simply using No-Points for your online shopping, you'll earn Cash for online purchases and other activities. Smart shoppers use No-Points.
Why are you giving me Cash Back?
We receive a sales commission from our stores and pay it out to our members once a month. Members can earn up to 30% Cash Back on purchases!
How does No-Points.com work?
After you sign up for a FREE account, all you need to do is click the link from No-Points.com to an online store (like eBay or Dell). Then, we earn a commission on any purchases you make, and we pass the savings on to you as Cash Back! Once a month, we pay you by Paypal or Check!
When do I get paid?
Payments are made on the last day of every month for the previous month's earnings. So, if you saved $50 in February, that money will be sent to you on March 31st by Paypal or Check (you can specify which payment method you want in the My Account section).
What do I do if my balance is incorrect or a transaction is missing?
If you believe there are any inaccuracies in your Account Statement, simply click on the transaction in question. If you believe a transaction record to be missing from your account statement, open a support ticket from the My Account section. Be sure to include as much supplemental information as possible, including transaction type, date, merchant name and transaction confirmation. This will help us to research and resolve your inquiry faster. You should receive a direct response to your inquiry from a Member Services representative within 24-48 hours. Please remember that depending on the nature of the offer, it may take up to 30 days (possibly more) for a transaction to appear in your account, so please review the offer details. Most retail purchases appear in your account within 7-14 days, however a few purchases, such as travel bookings, may take longer than 30 days.
How soon is Cash Back credited to My Account?
When you earn Cash Back for making a purchase or registering for an online service on the No-Points site, in most instances, the Cash will be posted within 7-14 days. Some merchants only report transactions on a weekly or monthly basis so it may sometimes take up to 20 business days to receive a report from the merchant so we can post the Cash to your account. For travel bookings, it may take up to 1 month for the transaction to appear in your account.
Cash for reading No-Points emails are posted to your regular No-Points account within 24-48 hours.
Do I earn Cash Back for tax and shipping & handling?
Cash is only awarded for the subtotal of your purchase -- excluding sales tax and shipping and handling.

What is No-Points?
No-Points is a loyalty program that rewards smart shoppers with Cash for their online transactions. By simply using No-Points for your online shopping, you'll earn Cash for online purchases and other activities. Smart shoppers use No-Points.
What are the requirements for joining the No-Points Program?
There aren't many requirements to join No-Points All you need to do is:
· Provide No-Points with complete and accurate enrollment information
· Have an email address
For complete details see our Terms of Service. We allow only one membership per person, and only one account per email address.
How do I sign up for a No-Points Account?
To sign up for a No-Points Account:
Sign up by clicking on the Register link at the top left of the page. Simply complete the form and you will receive a confirmation email from No-Points. Check your inbox for the confirmation email. Within that email, click on the confirmation link provided and your registration will be complete.
Is No-Points Free?
Yes. There is no charge to be a member.. You'll also earn Cash back on your online purchases, plus get extra Cash for responding to email offers or signing up for other websites.

Using No-Points

How do I sign in?
You can browse throughout most pages of the No-Points site. Be sure to sign on before engaging in any Cash-earning activity however. To sign in, enter your username and password in the form just below the main navigation. If you can't login because you forgot your password, go to Forgot Password page. An email will be sent to you with your login information!
How can I obtain my username and password?
Your username and password were sent to your inbox when you first signed up. If you no longer remember them, go to the Forgot Password page. After entering your email address you will be sent an email containing your login information.

Earning Cash

How do I earn Cash in the No-Points Program?
You can earn Cash on the No-Points website and via No-Points email. You'll earn Cash for purchasing products and services from our brand name merchant partners, for taking surveys and in some instances, for reading email. To receive your Cash you must complete your transactions through the links provided on the No-Points website or those contained within No-Points email. You must also adjust your privacy settings to enable third party cookies. By using No-Points links and allowing third party cookies, No-Points advertisers can identify you as a No-Points member. This enables them to report your transactions to us so we are able to properly credit your account with Cash. Many web browsers privacy settings automatically block third party cookies so be sure to review your settings. For specific details, please refer to the Technical section of these FAQ.
How do I earn Cash by referring friends to No-Points?
No-Points Members can earn 10% of whatever their referrals earn for life. That means that with just 10 referrals who shop as much as you, you can double your earnings.
How many referrals can I make?
No-Points Members can have an unlimited number of referrals, making the earning possibilities endless.

How is No-Points able to identify my transactions?
The Program makes active use of cookies; therefore, participation in the Program is dependent on setting your browser configuration to accept 3rd party cookies. When you sign on to the No-Points website, the server automatically maintains your login using sessions. However, all transactions and purchases from merchants requires cookies, which act as unique identifiers, allowing us to keep track of your activity on the merchant sites and properly credit you with the Cash. Please refer to How do I adjust my privacy settings to accept third party cookies? for specific details for adjusting your settings.

Understanding My Account

How do I view my Account Statement?
To view your account statement, simply select the My Account link located at the left hand corner of every web page. This will redirect you to a page displaying your Account earnings summary. To view transaction details, click the Transactions tab and select the month and year you want details about.
What do I do if I think my Cash balance is incorrect?

Will I earn Cash for purchasing gift cards from No-Points merchants?
Unless specifically stated in the offer details, no, you will not earn Cash for gift card/gift certificate purchases.
How do I close my account?
We hope that you do not opt to close your No-Points account; however, if you wish to close your account, you can do so at any time by visiting the My Account page and opening a Support Ticket.

No-Points does not share any of your personally identifiable information with our advertisers without your express consent. We will always provide you with proper notice and give you the choice whether or not to share that information.
We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information. We occasionally send the information we gather about our members to trusted third-party processors to organize, process and/or analyze our data on our behalf. All such third party data processors are contractually bound to refrain from using the data for any means other than what was intended for the service they provide to No-Points. Technical Questions

What is a cookie?
Our merchants servers automatically recognize you by your cookie, which is how their systems identify you. Your cookie ensures that only you can access your account and that all Cash you earn is credited to the correct account. To ensure that No-Points is always able to recognize you, be sure to adjust your privacy settings to allow 3rd party cookies. These cookies are used by our advertisers to identify you as a No-Points member. This enables them to know which purchases to report back to No-Points so we are able to credit your account with the proper amount of Cash.
If you prefer not to adjust your browser settings to accept all 3rd party cookies, then we recommend that you add the following websites and cookies to your trusted list to ensure that you will receive all Cash for your purchases. These include No-Points and several of our merchant aggregators. These aggregators must be able to set a cookie on your computer when you click on an offer and visit a merchant site. These 3rd party cookies set by our aggregators are how your purchases are tracked and reported back to No-Points so we can credit your account with your due Cash.

How do I adjust my privacy settings to accept third party cookies?
Members should note that the default settings for many browsers no longer allow third-party cookies to be set. This will prevent you from receiving Cash for your No-Points transactions and purchases. To ensure that No-Points is always able to recognize you, be sure to adjust your privacy settings to allow 3rd party cookies. These cookies are used by our advertisers to identify you as a No-Points member. This enables them to know which purchases to report back to No-Points so we are able to credit your accounts with the proper number of Cash. If you prefer not to allow all 3rd party cookies, we recommend that you at least add the sites below. For Internet Explorer (IE) with and without Service Pack
Step 1: Determine which version of IE you're using.
Go to the Menu bar and select Help.
From the dropdown menu, highlight About Internet Explorer.
If the pop up box indicates you are using a version higher than Version 6, you do not need to adjust your settings (simply click the OK button on the About Internet Explorer window to close the window when done).
If this line says "Version: 6" you have IE6. Continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Go to Menu bar. Select Tools.
From the pull down menu select Internet Options.
Click the third tab labeled Privacy. If you are using IE6 and have not installed Service Pack 2, you will then click on the Edit button. If you have installed Service Pack 2, you won't see an Edit button; rather you will click on the Sites button.

Step 3: Add no-points.com and no-points.com and No-Points merchant aggregators (see list above) to your trusted websites and cookie list. (These merchant aggregators host many of the offers you see on our website. When you click on an offer, the merchant aggregator sets a cookie that identifies you as a No-Points member. This enables the merchant to report your purchases to us so that we can credit your No-Points account with Cash. These cookies are set when you click thru to a merchant site from the No-Points website or through a No-Points email link.)
A. Type in all of the URL's in the list above
If you copy and paste your entry, please be sure that there is no trailing space after .com - an extra space will cause an invalid entry. Once you've entered the information, simply click on Allow (clicking on Enter will not add No-Points to the list).
\ B. When done typing, click the Allow button.
This will add No-Points to your trusted websites, allowing you to earn Cash.
Click OK to close the Per Site Privacy Actions window.
Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

For Netscape 7
Click on Preferences under Edit on your Task Bar. Double-click the Privacy and Security category. Now you will see a drop down menu. Select Cookies and Enable Cookies based on Privacy Settings. Now click on the View button next to this option and make sure that you selected Medium.
For all other Netscape versions, you should click on Preferences under Edit on your Task Bar. Select Advanced and click on Accept All Cookies or add the websites in the list above to your accepted websites list.

For AOL
To adjust your settings and add No-Points to the list of trusted sites, go to the AOL toolbar and click Settings. Click Preferences, then Internet Properties. This opens the IE 6 Privacy and Security dialog box, and you can then follow the instructions for IE 6 to set No-Points and the affiliate sites listed above, as trusted sites. When you are done, you may close Internet Explorer and continue to use your AOL browser.

AOL 9 To adjust your settings and add No-Points to the list of trusted sites, go to the AOL toolbar and click Settings. Click Internet [Web] Options, then Internet Explorer Settings. This opens the IE 6 Privacy and Security dialog box, and you can then follow the instructions for IE 6 to set No-Points and the affiliate sites listed above as trusted sites. When you are done, you may close Internet Explorer and continue to use your AOL browser.

Please make sure that the date and time are correctly set on your computer. This can affect your cookie settings.
